Job Description

Play an integral role in ensuring a positive experience for Chowdeck’s customers and riders.

Responsibilities:
– Assist Chowdeck customers and riders through various communication channels, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and courteously.
– Manage customer orders, including modifications, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring adherence to company policies.
– Stay updated on app features, policies, and processes to provide accurate information to customers.
– Contribute to knowledge base and support documentation maintenance.
– Maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions, following established guidelines for exceptional service.
– Provide internal updates on customer insights for service improvement.
– Escalate and liaise with relevant parties to resolve order issues.
– Support the Restaurant Operations team to meet partner needs.

Qualifications:
– Fast learner with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Intuitive and adaptable, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
– Patient and calm under pressure.
– Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
– Comfortable using various communication channels.
