  • A history of being successful in a personal assistant or related position.
  • Outstanding time-management and organizing skills, including the capacity to set and accomplish priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • proficiency with project management software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.
  • High precision and attention to detail when performing activities.
  • The capacity to function remotely and autonomously with little oversight.

  • Assist with personal tasks, such as booking appointments, managing household errands, and organizing personal schedules.
  • Act as a liaison between team members, clients, and external contacts, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
