The Role

We seek a highly organized and proactive individual to join us as a Remote Part-Time Personal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and possesses excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team members, assist with various tasks, and help streamline operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging logistics and preparing necessary materials.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Research various topics and compile information into concise summaries.
  • Assist with personal tasks, such as booking appointments, managing household errands, and organizing personal schedules.
  • Act as a liaison between team members, clients, and external contacts, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Ideal Profile
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Trustworthiness, reliability, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Availability to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule, with the potential for occasional evening or weekend work based on business needs.
