Job Summary:

Qualifications and Skills:

– Proven work experience in customer support or a similar role.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
– Ability to empathize with customers and effectively prioritize their needs.
– Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
– High level of patience, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
– Preferred: Remote work experience and familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
