Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst to support our business analysis efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in business analysis.


Key Responsibilities:


Data Analysis and Reporting:


Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirement Gathering:


Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Assist in the development of functional specifications and business process documentation.

Process Improvement:


Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.

Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures.

Project Support:


Support project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:


Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.

Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates.



Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes, requirements, and project status.

Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and guidelines.



Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in a business analysis or similar role (internship experience is acceptable).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Basic understanding of business process modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.

Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
